Hard Rock Cafe – Surpassed All Expectations
We visited the Hard Rock Café in London on New Year’s Eve for lunch. We arrived at approximately 12.30, and were pleasantly surprised when we were seated almost immediately. Once seated, we were greeted with a very pleasant, buzzing young lady to take our drinks and starter order.
For a starter, our party ordered their jumbo platter – there was more than enough food on this platter for the four people in our party, although there was just enough to lead us right into the main course.
For my main, I had the Hickory-Smoked Barbecue Trio Combo, which included a generous portion of their Hickory Smoked Ribs, alongside their Barbecue Half chicken, topped off with a small amount of their succulent Pulled Pork. The food was also accompanied with a generous helping of fries, which can be topped with Parmesan for an extra 50p.
We didn’t stay for dessert as we were more than full with the generously large starter and then the well-rounded main courses as well.
Overall, the service and food quality was second-to-none, and I could not recommend it enough. There was plenty of food to go around, and it makes for a really pleasant treat on a day out in London.
